Well Miss Kim Kardashian wasn’t just bumping her gums about filing a lawsuit to prevent the release of her private sex tape.
The suit, against Vivid who are planning to distribute the sex tape, which was filmed 3 years ago with ex-boyfriend Ray J, was filed on Wednesday in Los Angeles.
Kim Kardashian is apparently asking for damages, attorney fees and all of the profits from the sale of the tape. She claims it is being distributed without her permission or consent.
The distributor is reported to be remaining confident of their legal position.
